Feed the elderly during quarantine. 3

Quarantine, which has prevailed in Ukraine for almost a year, has greatly changed the lives of the elderly. Having concomitant chronic diseases, lonely elderly are very afraid to leave the house, which makes them hostage to their own homes. In addition, winter and ice make going to the store even more difficult and dangerous. We are once again organizing a fundraiser to purchase grocery kits for the elderly to support them in a difficult period of time.

Kharkiv Regional Charitable Fund "Social Assistance Service" has been implementing projects to help the elderly since 1999. Home Care project provides beneficiaries with a range of social services, which include the purchase and delivery of food. Today, 60 people need help in the project. Most of them, single grandparents, who are strictly forbidden to go outside to shops and other public places!

Our main task today is to continue to provide them with food until the country can get out of the crisis and complete all quarantine measures. We ask each of you to take part in a charity initiative and help buy food kits for our wards. In total, we need to raise UAH 31,270.00 so that the 60 old women who are left completely alone in the world will not face a terrible feeling of hunger and indifference again!
