Since 2012 Irina is the director of our foundation. Her tasks include general management, coordination of the team's work, development of a development strategy and control over the achievement of goals, the introduction of new projects and areas of activity, attracting funding and partners. Most of all, she loves her work for a team of like-minded people, for the endless possibilities of implementing social projects of any complexity, for working with content, when you see how your efforts change destinies, how 1 hryvnia saves the world and makes the most cherished dreams come true.

The results that Irina is most proud of are tens of thousands of people who trust our fund with their money. These are thousands of completed projects, in which thousands of lives have been saved. This is three hundred million hryvnia raised and spent on charity. Irina is infinitely proud of how the attitude towards aid has changed in recent years - charity is becoming the norm, our donors are becoming more demanding, they are increasingly asking where the money has gone. They want to be sure their money is being spent as efficiently as possible, which is incredibly inspiring. These are new fundraising tools - fundraising for memorable dates, SMS charity, many marathons and campaigns.

Irina dreams that every Ukrainian would help through dobro.ua. So that the phenomenon of charity fraud disappears. So that the collection time for one project is reduced to one week. So that every Ukrainian knows that in a desperate situation he is not alone and will never be refused. So that as many charitable organizations as possible appear in Ukraine, working not only with the consequences, but also with the causes of social problems.
