Valeria's heart was saved!

Little Valeria is 2.5 years old. She was often sick, tired quickly, and during activity, the girl would have shortness of breath. Her worried parents went to the doctors, and after a detailed examination, she was diagnosed with a secondary atrial septal defect - a heart defect that prevented her from living a full life.

Valeria's only chance was endovascular surgery, but the cost was unaffordable for the family. The girl's father is disabled and unable to work, and her mother is on maternity leave.

Thanks to the support of Saving Little Hearts with REJURAN, an occluder worth UAH 134,071 was purchased, and on 12 March 2025, doctors successfully performed the operation at the Amosov Institute.

Now Valeria has a chance for a happy and active childhood!

Thank you to everyone who helps save children's hearts!
