Mykola Taran: I run to help
Mykola Taran, ultra-marathon runner, record holder of Ukraine in ultra-marathon running "The first Ukrainian who twice ran 73 km in Norway", prize-winner at international competitions (2nd place) Spartan Race Ultra 50 km., representative of Ukraine at races in Europe and the USA.
Everyone helps on their fronts. As a sports front, I am ready to help through running. It is important for me to know that I can help in some way, because combining help and my running is my mission. Previously, I ran 250 km to raise money to buy a bead for a separate battalion, and only this goal did not let me give up. I decided not to stop, because I realized that I was able to really collect money. Therefore, I decided to set an even higher bar for myself - run the appropriate number of kilometers every day and convert 1 km = 1 hryvnia (1 km = 1 euro, 1 km = 1 dollar).
I decided to run and raise money for prostheses for our soldiers. I want them, our heroes, despite the loss of limbs, to be able to feel the need and continue active life and sports activities.
