On the night of June 5-6, 2023, the occupying forces of Russia blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station, which led to massive destruction and an ecological disaster. Kakhovskaya HPP is located in the South of Ukraine on the Dnipro River near Kherson. The station itself and the settlements near it are under temporary occupation. As of June 7, 2023, the Kakhovskaya HPP no longer exists, areas of the city of Kherson and about 80 settlements are partially or completely flooded, people are urgently evacuated, a large number of volunteers are already in the south to help people and save animals.
We thank all caring people, rescuers, emergency services and defenders, who are currently helping the victims in extremely difficult conditions during shelling.
As a responsible business, we cannot stand aside and want to join the charity collection, which aims to provide several communities of the Kherson region with the necessary equipment to eliminate the consequences of flooding.
Having made a contribution of 500 hryvnias to this project of the charity platform dobro.ua, as a sign of gratitude you will receive a roll from the Eurasia restaurant.
The collected amount will be used for the purchase of:
- in Bilozersk OVA, which has more than 11,000 residents and receives victims of the disaster, despite the fact that the village itself is also flooded, with 20 pumps, 5 rubber boats and 20 life jackets;
- to the Zelenivsk community, which has more than 3,000 inhabitants and is located directly near the city of Kherson, with motor boats, reverse osmosis filters, water filters, tablets for water disinfection, life jackets for children and adults, power banks, generators of various capacities and lanterns
