Let's hold "MENTAL FEST. Antidepression" on time!

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, which is celebrated annually on October 10, ARC Barwinok will hold events within the framework of the general project MENTAL FEST. Official figures say that of the 870 million people living in the European Region, 100 million people are in a state of anxiety and depression. In addition, there is a definite relationship between the intensity of sunlight and the occurrence of depressions. Therefore, the chosen theme for the upcoming autumn MENTAL FEST is "Antidepression".

The dependence of bad mood and depression on the season has long been noticed. Long and gloomy autumn and winter can cause seasonal depression (seasonal affective disorder). There is a definite relationship between the intensity of sunlight and the occurrence of depressions. Perhaps that is why World Mental Health Day is celebrated annually on October 10? By this date ARC "Barvinok" intends to hold events within the framework of the general project "MENTAL FEST".

Your contribution to this project becomes even more important as it would be very appropriate to hold the event as close as possible to the date of October 10th.
