My name is Andrey and I love to run. 🏃♂️❤️
All my life until the age of 25, I and the sport moved along parallel straight lines, that is, they did not intersect. At some point, getting on the scales, I realized that I needed to do something about this lewdness and bought a gym membership. I began to get acquainted with sports equipment and build trusting relationships with it. Throughout the year I mastered the treadmill and the result surprised me myself: I made a jerk from 2 km to 12-15 km.
When summer came, I felt sorry for wasting time on strength training, and I decided to focus entirely on running. Another Kiev marathon was the beginning of my serious attitude to sports. 🏃♂️
During the run, unnecessary thoughts are turned off, and anxieties go away, which gives complete freedom and enjoyment of the process. It is with this motto and attitude that I have been running for four years now.
This fall I take part in several races within the framework of charity for the charity foundation "New World Odessa". 🙏🏻
My goal is to help raise funds for children of the Odessa region with congenital heart diseases! 🙏🏻
I believe that together you can make this world a better place! ❤️🌍
