2. Individual search and selection of IT Specialists.

For our clients, we provide a personal HR manager with a team of recruiters to work on vacancies. Our team quickly searches and selects candidates, the HR manager monitors the quality of work in real time.

We coordinate an interview, keep a calendar of interviews, notify by mail on the progress of work and new candidates, help coordinate an offer with the candidate and accompany the candidate until the first working day. At the request of the candidate, we can support him during the Trial Period and after.

Upon request, we provide our clients with a progress report and analysis.

3. Online expert base of Candidates.

Every day we replenish our expert database of candidates who can consider your vacancies. Candidates from our database are not actively looking for work and their profiles are often not available to recruiters.
