Having many years of experience in the restaurant business and a great love for Georgian cuisine, we had the idea to create a network of Georgian restaurants. We decided to combine Georgian hospitality in the service, the authenticity of the taste of colorful cuisine and the modernity and style of the interior.
Therefore, in the summer of 2017, we opened the first restaurant of the new Georgian project Tbiliso.
The name for the restaurant was chosen almost immediately and unanimously. Indeed, that’s exactly – Tbilisi is called by Georgians the heart of Georgia – the city of Tbilisi. Tbiliso is also the name of a magical Georgian song, which is transcribed into many languages and is a hymn of a sincere Georgian soul.
