Caritas Kamianske is a part of the global Caritas community with over 120 years of experience in more than 200 countries. Charitable Foundation Caritas Kamianske was established in 2015, operates within the structure of the ICF Caritas Ukraine as a charitable foundation and is a separate legal entity.

The Charitable Foundation «Caritas Kamianske» was established in September 2015 in Kamianske due to the need to provideassistance to internally displaced persons from the occupied territories of Ukraine. Since the outbreak of full-scale war in Ukrainein February 2022, the Foundation's activities have expanded significantly. This is due to the large number of internally displacedpersons who have taken refuge in the Kamianske city anddistrictsof the Dnipropetrovsk region Caritas Kamianske provided assistance in Kamianske and territorial communities of Dnipropetrovsk region.
From 2022 yearmore than 60 thousand peoplereceived support (humanitarian, psychological, legal, financial, etc.).
