"Caritas Poltava" provides humanitarian, social, economic, legal and psychological assistance to vulnerable people in the Poltava region. The Fund serves local and IDPs, incl. orphans, single parents, low-income families, people with disabilities, the elderly, terminally ill, veterans and victims of human trafficking. The organization provides life-saving assistance to individuals and families, especially those with dependent young children and the disabled.

The "Caritas Poltava" Сharitable Foundation was founded in 2016 and is a non-profit organization. The Foundation's mission: spreading the traditions of charity in the territory of Poltava region through the implementation of social work. Main areas of activity: social work, education and training, development of charity. Currently, the Fund provides humanitarian, social, economic, legal and psychological assistance to vulnerable persons in the Poltava region and implements a number of democratic, social projects that include children, youth and families of internally displaced persons, families in difficult life circumstances, pensioners and people with special needs. Also, a social wardrobe and a charity canteen work on a permanent basis to provide hot meals for up to 100 people every day.
