Charitable Foundation "With an angel on his shoulder" since 2017 provides charitable assistance to children and young adults (under 25 years) with oncohematological, orphan and other serious diseases; children deprived of parental care and those who find themselves in difficult life circumstances; social and medical institutions that provide support to the elderly; low-income groups.

The priority forms of charitable activity of the Foundation are:
- providing charitable assistance to children and young people with oncological, hematological, orphan and other serious diseases, their families, medical institutions;
- promotion of blood donation and its components; organization of leisure for children undergoing treatment in specialized medical institutions;
- providing charitable assistance to children deprived of parental care and those who find themselves in difficult life circumstances.
