The fund was founded on April 19, 2022 by caring residents of the city of Nikopol with the aim of promoting the development and restoration of Ukraine.
The main tasks of the fund are:

providing assistance to citizens who suffered as a result of the war;

restoration and promotion of the development of small towns of Ukraine;

attraction of foreign investments in villages, territorial communities, urban-type settlements;
-
social protection, social security, social services and poverty alleviation. Stimulation of economic growth and development of the economy of Ukraine;

promoting the protection of motherhood and childhood, providing assistance to large and low-income families, single-parent families, families with foster and adopted children;
- support for the development of children in orphanages and other educational institutions.
