Charity Fund "See the victory"

The charitable organization "See the Victory" was founded by the network of private ophthalmology medical centers "Novyi Zir" and "Eximer" six months after the start of the full-scale invasion. 

However, in fact, the history of the foundation began much earlier - since 2014, the foundation has been providing free vision diagnostics and partially or fully covering the costs of eye surgeries for military and civilians injured in the fighting. However, the Foundation was officially registered on September 6, 2022. 

The Foundation's activities are carried out in two main areas: 

1. Restoring the eyesight of military and civilians. The following programs are being implemented within this framework:  

1.1.#MOD – free mobile ophthalmic care in the frontline areas of Kharkiv and Donetsk regions (for military and civilians), in which our mobile team of doctors conducts free examinations, provides medicines, glasses, and referrals for surgeries if treatment cannot be performed in a mobile office. 

1.2. "Vision Diagnostics for Donation" – we conduct free examinations of active military personnel for money received from donors (individuals and companies).  

1.3. Free surgeries for servicemen who received an ophthalmic injury as a result of combat operations. 

2. Procurement to support the defense capability of military personnel during combat missions to protect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
