The charitable organization "Rescue Now Charitable Foundation" was founded by concerned Kharkiv residents in the first weeks after the full-scale invasion. The main activity of the foundation is the evacuation and delivery of humanitarian aid, and patronage support for lonely elderly people in the East of Ukraine.
What are the results of our work for eight months? The Rescue Now team:
• evacuated 18,475 people (including mobility-impaired people) and 850 animals from the hottest spots in the region;
• delivered 530+ tons of humanitarian aid;
• took under the patronage of 600+ elderly people, and now once every 10 days volunteers deliver food, medicines, and hygiene products to the wards.
The number of results is growing every day. But the main goal now is to collect UAH 1 million to overcome the humanitarian crisis in the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region. These funds cover the basic needs of Ukrainians in food, hygiene products, and equipment for heating/cooking food.
