Charity Fund "Way Home"

Aims:
• Providing of complex medical and psychological rehabilitation and social adaptation for people in the crisis situation (street children, citizens who don’t have a place to live, drug users)
• Prevention of situations when people might get into such groups like “street children”. “homeless people”, “drug users”.
• Mobilization of resources and efforts of all subjects of the civil society in different levels (local, national, international) in order to assist people who found themselves in the crisis situation or in the edge of the society and who want to change their life and become valuable members of society.

Main directions of activities:
• Prevention of children homelessness and rehabilitation for street children.
• Prevention of HIV/AIDS and work with drug users in harm reduction strategy
• Providing of social and medical services and rehabilitation for homeless adults
