CF "Hope and Believe" was founded by private individuals and registered on October 13, 2005. The Foundation specializes in providing targeted assistance to children with severe and incurable diseases. As part of this work, it processes and fulfills up to 250 requests annually, totaling up to UAH 8 million.

The Foundation is a member of the Ukrainian Open Association of Volunteers "Live Tomorrow" and a member of the European Association of Cancer Patients. The Foundation's main ongoing programs are:

  • "Diabetes in a Child",

  • "Epilepsy Is Not a Sentence!",

  • "Pediatric Ophthalmology and Eye Microsurgery".

Since 2023, CF "Hope and Believe" has been running a support program for children with type 1 diabetes. Over this time, the Foundation has built a community of 400 families who receive regular assistance from the Foundation for their children. The Foundation plans to increase the number of families receiving assistance under this program to 500 in 2027.
