Charity foundation "Konotop local charity organization "Svitanok" - is a non-profit charitable organization that was established April 2, 2002.

Mission of the Fund is to work for the people, for the benefit of the community by providing organizational, methodological, financial, moral, psychological assistance; to achieve maximum results in each direction of the activity, each program and project.

Main areas of work: social, education, science, culture, spirituality, gifted and talented pupils, social rehabilitation of vulnerable and disadvantaged populations.
