Perspectiva 21.3 is a charity organization, which represents the interests of people with intellectual disability. We provide conditions for a full and dignified life for people with down syndrome, autism and other intellectual disabilities.

The charity organization Perspectiva 21.3 grew out of an educational project whose team created a working model of appropriate eduction for children with Down syndrome, autism and intellectual disabilities. And today we are working to create a social and vocational training center, where people with intellectual disabilities can come to have meaningful day activities - a place where each of them will feel needed and happy.
We believe that everybody is a unique person created into the image of God. So we build a safe environment where each of our clients is pro-vided with opportunities to develop its potential and be able to enjoy their life to the fullest.
