The foundation provides advisory support to potential adopters, as well as to those who are already raising a bio-logically non-native child.
Charitable Foundation "Change one life – Ukraine" was established in May 2014.
The priority activity is the creation of high-quality video passports for orphans. Video passports increase children's chances of adoption, placement in the family many times over and today is one of the most effective tools for find-ing potential families.
