Бізнеси змагалися у «драконах» задля НЕЗЛАМНИХ

In order to help children and military personnel undergo decent treatment and recovery, a charity rowing tournament on dragon boats is being organized in Lviv for the second time. Organizers: Sports Department along with Lviv sports school for youth and children named by Anatoliy Didukh and the Otaman Sports Club.

6 teams competed in boats of twenty people: both men and women. The day before, the teams had training to master the technique of rowing, and on Sunday, on 13th August, they organized starts, where they fought and donated.

This year, the team of the Barkom company repeated the victory at the BUSINESS DRAGONS CUP 2.0, they became champions for the second time in a row. The silver medalists of the competition are the members of the Infineon Lviv team. Vasyl Virastyuk, the holder of the titles "The Strongest Man of Ukraine" and "The Strongest Man of the World", rowed with them in the team, as well as the strongest man on the planet in the weight category up to 105 kg - Volodymyr Reksha.

The "Bronze" of the tournament was won by the Greenville team. The Lviv croissants, Mood 4 food and Black Honey teams also took part.

"It's nice that the participants are already traditional, and new teams are joining. In addition to positive emotions and team building, they also do a good deed. We thank the general partner - the Limo company, as well as the partners of the event: Lviv comunal organization "Sportresurs", the Shuvar wholesale market, the Barkom company, MoloDvizhCenter.Lviv and everyone who participated in the quality of the tournament," said the deputy chief of the city sports department Ksenia Antonova.

The organizers collected 100,000 hryvnias and immediately donated half of it to the UNBROKEN fund - for the purchase of rehabilitation equipment for the St. Nicolas Children's Hospital.

The organizers will allocate the other 50,000 hryvnias to the development of the Kayaks for the UNBROKEN project. As Taras Tymchyi, the director of the sports school on the basis of which the event took place, said, this is a social project to support military personnel and their families who were injured as a result of the war.

"This is an opportunity for physical rehabilitation, psychological and social adaptation with the help of rowing on kayaks and SUP boards," shared Taras Tymchyi.
