Nazar does not sit or walk on his own, does not speak, but understands spoken language. When his family is around, he is happy and laughs.

He has a severe form of epilepsy: severe seizures occur frequently and cannot be stopped even by taking anticonvulsants.

In June 2023, Nazar's digestive system deteriorated, which led to toxin poisoning. Ordinary food causes intestinal obstruction, so the child needs Resource Junior formula. It is easy to digest and contains the maximum amount of nutrients. It takes 45 jars per month, which costs 31,050 UAH.

Last year, Nazar's father died. It became twice as hard for Oksana physically, mentally and financially: she is responsible for two children. She also takes care of her parents: her mother underwent surgery for cancer, her father had a kidney removed, and her mother's condition requires hemodialysis.

Caring for her son around the clock is hard work: at 150 cm tall, Oksana has difficulty lifting and moving Nazar, who is already 135 cm tall.
