      After the operation, the girl had a difficult time, both physically and mentally. Ulyana needed constant care, as any movement without assistance was impossible for her. A two-week rehabilitation course yielded the first results: she is learning to dress herself again and take her first steps without support. However, the recovery process is slow and requires a lot of effort, but doctors note her perseverance and consider this a great success.

      In addition to rehabilitation for her primary diagnosis, Ulyana needs treatment with Spinraza. Unfortunately, the state is not yet able to provide such therapy. Without this medicine, it will be extremely difficult for her to fight SMA, which greatly exhausts the body.

      Her mother, Lilia, is sincerely grateful to everyone who is lending a helping hand during this difficult time.

      On 26 August, Ulyana celebrates her birthday. She dreams of learning to walk confidently without assistance. There is great hope that her cherished wish will surely come true.
