Reduction of the amount for the project

Dear donors! At the request of the Operator, the amount of the project was reduced. The corresponding letter  in the "Reports and documents" section in the near future. After the implementation of the project, a descriptive and financial report will be posted in the same section. Thank you to all benefactors for their trust and support!
