Reduction of the amount for the project

Dear donors! At the request of the Operator, the amount of the project was reduced, since all services were provided to the target audience in a shorter time and with lower costs. The corresponding letter is in the section "Reports and documents" of this project. After the implementation of the project, a descriptive and financial report will be posted in the same section.
