Reduction of the amount for the project

Dear donors! At the request of the Operator, the amount of the project has been reduced, since the project lasts almost a year and will be completed on September 5, 2024. The corresponding letter is in the section "Reports and documents" of this project. After the implementation of the project, a descriptive and financial report will be posted in the same section.
