Reduction of the project amount

Dear donors! At the request of the Assistance Operator, the project amount has been reduced, as some of the cats were collected from other sources. The corresponding letter is in the "Reports and Documents" section of this project. After the project is implemented, a descriptive and financial report will be posted in the same section.
