Reduction of the project amount

Dear donors! At the request of the Aid Operator, the project amount has been reduced, as a donor has been found who will cover all needs. The corresponding letter is in the "Reports and Documents" section of this project. After the project is implemented, a descriptive and financial report will be posted in the same section.
