Project suspension at the request of the OН

Dear donors! At the request of the aid operator, fundraising for this project has been halted. A letter containing detailed information can be found in the "Reports and Documents" section of this project page. Once the project is completed, a narrative and financial report will also be posted in this same section. Thank you for your trust and support!
