Svetlana Ryabchenko (Gavrilenko)

Svetlana has always followed with great enthusiasm the fate of the Ukrainian Philanthropic Exchange from the idea and design to the creation of the platform and its confident development. Considering this initiative a real breakthrough in Ukrainian philanthropy, from the first days of its existence, UBB, to the best of its ability, has been popularizing its activities among relatives, friends, colleagues and acquaintances, many of whom even today "as our father" make regular donations to UBB. When, a few years ago, Svetlana had the honor to join the incredible UBB team, she happily did it.
Svetlana's competence includes displaying (activation) on the UBB website of charitable donations for relevant projects; maintaining internal workflow related to the creation of piggy bank projects, cancellation of projects, closure of projects, return of funds, redirection of funds from closed and canceled projects; communication with project donors for receiving, identifying, searching, redirecting payments and displaying them on the site; accounting and control of administrative costs, document management with contractors. In addition, Svetlana is involved in the preparation and support of individual charitable projects that are implemented directly by the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace.
Svetlana loves her job for the opportunity to observe how small rivulets of human sensitivity and desire to help turn into a powerful, fast river of GOOD.
Outside of work, Svetlana loves to read, spend time with family and friends, treat them with her own cooked dishes. A special addiction is travel, which is always very recharging emotionally, provide new strength and paint lives with bright colors.
