TOP 5 best news on the platform. March – June 2026

Every day, the dobro.ua team, together with our Support Operators, works to ensure that vital assistance reaches those who need it in good time. Behind every project we’ve carried out are people who have managed to receive the treatment they needed, undergo rehabilitation, return to an active life, or receive timely support during a difficult time.

We want to share these stories and the results of our joint efforts with you. After all, the greatest value of charity lies in bringing about real change in people’s lives. It is thanks to the support of our partners, donors and the entire dobro.ua community that we continue to help Ukrainians who need it most. Thank you for being there for us.

The "Charity Star Kurazh 2025: Elina Svitolina Foundation" project, Elina Svitolina Foundation.

Mental resilience is just as important for an athlete as physical fitness. Thirty-five Ukrainian tennis players aged 12–16 are taking part in the ‘Mental Health for Athletes’ programme run by the Elina Svitolina Charitable Foundation. Over the course of three months, participants are learning to cope with stress, manage their emotions during training and competitions, and find inner strength in difficult moments. During the programme, 12 group sessions and 244 individual psychological sessions have been held. Tennis players Elina Svitolina and Serhiy Stakhovsky, who is currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, joined the programme. They shared their own experiences of maintaining inner balance and coping with psychological pressure during matches and in everyday life. The programme was made possible thanks to the participants of Zirkovy Kurazh and the support of Visa.

The "A Children's Hope: Dermatome to Save Children with Burns" project, dobro.ua.

Thanks to the support of Kyivstar subscribers, doctors are receiving a specialised surgical instrument that helps save young patients with severe burns and injuries. The equipment is vital for carrying out complex reconstructive surgery and restoring skin following burns and injuries.  The total amount of aid provided was 395,396 UAH.

The "Kurazh: Season Opening, 2026" project, Sternenko Community Foundation.

During the season opener, Kurazh managed to raise 553,357 UAH in support of the ‘Shahedoriz’ fundraising campaign run by the Sternenko Community Foundation. The Foundation is donating seven Sting R5 interceptor drones equipped with thermal imaging cameras to the 1129th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment. The equipment is used to counter Russian Shahed-type and ‘Gerbera’ UAVs and helps the military defend Ukrainian airspace from enemy attacks on a daily basis.

The "Easter, Bringing Hearts Together" project, CO "Let's Help".

This year, Easter was a special occasion for 212 residents of care homes for the elderly in the Kyiv region. On the eve of the holiday, the ‘Let’s Help’ Charitable Foundation, together with the Academy of Advanced Aesthetics, visited the Tarashcha Geriatric Care Home and the Tetiiv Territorial Centre to bring their residents a little warmth, attention and festive cheer. Heartfelt conversations, socialising and time spent together. And the Easter gifts (Easter cakes, tea, coffee, condensed milk, food and towels) were yet another gesture of care. The total value of the aid provided amounted to 154,330 UAH.

The "Help us sterilize animals in Ukrainian shelters!" project, CF "Happy Paw".

We are sharing the results of the project ‘Sterilising Animals in Ukrainian Shelters’, implemented by the ‘Happy Paw’ Charitable Foundation. Over the course of 1.5 years, thanks to the support of donors, 100,000 UAH was raised. This enabled 102 animals – 71 dogs and 31 cats – to be neutered in shelters across the Kirovohrad, Sumy, Rivne, Mykolaiv, Odesa and Zaporizhzhia regions. Among them were rescued animals, those evacuated from combat zones, as well as abandoned and stray animals requiring not only care and treatment but also humane population control. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Platfor.ma and all the donors who supported the project.

The dobro.ua platform operates thanks to voluntary donations from benefactors and annual grant support from the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. We are sincerely grateful for your trust and your contribution to the development of this service, which helps thousands of people in Ukraine.
