The project ‘Children's Hope: Helping children with burns. Unbreakable’, dobro.ua.
As part of the Children's Hope project, the team of the dobro.ua charity platform, together with Kyivstar, a mobile operator, has completed the arrangement of the burn unit at St. Nicholas Children's Hospital at the First Medical Association of Lviv. During January - April 2025, we will deliver critical equipment to the department that saves the lives of young patients:
- an anesthesia machine;
- monitor to control the depth of anesthesia;
- operating bed;
- medical furniture and other equipment.
Thanks to Kyivstar's financial support, UAH 8.3 million was allocated for this stage of the project. The equipment allows doctors to perform complex surgeries, reduce risks for patients, speed up the recovery process, and improve the quality of treatment.
The project ‘Vodafone: Life Control’, CF ‘SVICHADO’.
In early April 2025, as part of its ongoing support from Vodafone Ukraine, the Svichado Charitable Foundation donated a modern PVM-4763 patient monitor to the intensive care unit of the Khmelnytsky City Perinatal Center.
The monitor allows doctors to continuously monitor the heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and body temperature of infants. This device gives hundreds of newborns a chance for a healthy life every year, as doctors can respond to any changes in time.
The project ‘Christmas Kurazh. 2024’, dobro.ua.
We report on the incredible result of the charity event "Christmas Kurazh. 2024", held on December 14-15 in Kyiv. Thanks to the participation of thousands of concerned Ukrainians, we have raised UAH 2 million to strengthen our defenders (the initiative “Eye for Eye 3” from the “Come Back Alive” CF).
In January 2025, the foundation will transfer 70 FPV drones to the crews of the 78th separate assault regiment of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This equipment allows us to quickly detect threats, prevent hostile actions and save the lives of our defenders.
The project ‘Mobile evacuation’, CF ‘KОLО’.
To ensure that defenders wounded on the contact line receive qualified assistance as soon as possible on the way to the hospital, volunteer Iryna Soloshenko, the KOLO Charitable Foundation, together with Ukrzaliznytsia and the Medical Forces Command, are launching the Mobile Evacuation project. In hospital cars equipped with special equipment, a team of doctors stabilizes the condition of the soldiers, without wasting critical time for serious patients.
As part of the project, we are raising UAH 253 thousand on dobro.ua to ensure the evacuation of the wounded, which in April will be used to purchase
● 3 YS-800 oxygen concentrators that supply oxygen to the respiratory tract;
● 2 vacuum systems for negative pressure therapy, which significantly improve the wound healing process and reduce the level of infection;
150 hygienic diapers.
The initiative is supported by The Body School team, which donates more than 175,000 UAH from the sale of the Power of Small Steps Advent calendar to the evacuation needs.
The project ‘Kharkiv during the war. Food assistance for people with limited mobility’, CF ‘Ukrainian Charity Alliance’.
Despite the daily shelling and danger, there are still people in Kharkiv who need special support - lonely elderly people, people with limited mobility, people with disabilities and seriously ill people.
In February-March 2025, 211 food parcels worth over UAH 118 thousand were purchased and delivered to targeted beneficiaries. Each set includes several types of cereals, pasta, sugar, oil, canned food, tea and sweets. This set is enough for a full meal for a month.
In total, the project is purchasing 1290 food packages with a total weight of over 12 tons!
The dobro.ua platform operates thanks to voluntary contributions from philanthropists and annual grant support from the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. We are sincerely grateful for the trust and contribution to the development of the service that helps thousands of people in Ukraine.
