Nadiya Skliarenko undergoes surgery

Nadia Skliarenko, who was 7 months old and urgently needed skull surgery. The girl has scaphocephaly, the most common type of craniostenosis. This is the name for early closure of cranial sutures. It contributes to a limited skull volume, deformation and intracranial hypertension - an increase in intracranial pressure. If not treated in time, irreversible changes in development can occur and even epilepsy can develop.

Only his father works in the family, his mother is on maternity leave. There is also an older sister who is a schoolgirl. The family partially raised the necessary amount for the operation, but it is too much for the family.

The Padel Club benefactors joined the collection and donated UAH 20 thousand to help Nadezhda.

 The necessary materials for the operation were paid for on 22.08.2024.

Thanks to the funds raised, the child received the necessary treatment on time. The girl underwent surgery.

Now Nadia is gaining weight and replenishing her lost strength.
