Kurazh, July 2025: Vidchui Foundation “Birds”

On 11 July 2025, the following project was published on the website of the charitable organisation dobro.ua: "Kurazh, July 2025: Vidchui Foundation “Birds”, aimed at renovating inclusive sanitary rooms so that wounded people could use the bathroom without outside help.

With the help of funds raised during Kurazh, which took place on 12 and 13 July 2025, inclusive sanitary rooms were renovated in a Kyiv hospital.

All construction and renovation work was carried out in accordance with state building standards for the inclusiveness of buildings and structures. Each toilet is sufficiently spacious, equipped with unobstructed passage for wheelchairs and patient washing trolleys (without thresholds and with sufficient width), and equipped with support bars and handrails inside. All elements inside (toilet, washbasin, handrails, etc.) are placed at an appropriate lower height so that every person with limited mobility can reach them.
