Alisa: from struggle to dream

Alisa is 15 years old and has been fighting the disease all her life. Her diagnoses require constant rehabilitation and training with specialists. After treatment, the girl's physical and emotional state improves, her muscles strengthen, and new skills emerge. And her mother did everything to ensure that her daughter received the rehabilitation courses she needed. But the full-scale invasion of the occupiers stood in the way of a full life. Two months of hiding in the basement, then a road to nowhere with one bag and a sick child. Fear, despair. And a long break in treatment. Deterioration of physical condition, spasticity in the limbs, which led to deterioration in the hip joints.

Despite the diagnoses, Alisa is a very talented girl, she sings and draws well. Now she sends her patriotic paintings along with amulets and letters to the front. Whenever possible, she donates her pocket money to buy drones, because she wants to return to her native Sloviansk.

Alisa aspires to become a journalist, even choosing a class with in-depth study of Ukrainian language and literature, and is doing well in the general program.

However, the profession of journalism requires not only mental but also physical qualities. To get closer to her dream, the child needs lessons with professionals. But the mother's financial resources are very limited, and the father is not involved in the child's life and is wanted for non-payment of child support. In April, the girl is going to a rehabilitation center, and whether she will get treatment depends only on you and me. Let's help Alisa realize her dream! She needs our support and compassion.
