Andrii is my little prince

"I always dreamed of him, my little prince! He, too, was expecting a meeting with me and came into this world ahead of time. The umbilical cord, like a long scarf or a snake, wrapped around his neck. He began to breathe only after a few minutes, and these minutes became fatal for both of us. Since then we have not parted. Me and my little prince. He lives as if on another planet, hundreds of thousands of solar years before him. His constant closeness has changed my life forever", writes Andrii's mother.

Andrii was born at the 32nd week of pregnancy, his neck was twice entwined with an umbilical cord. The blue skin of the baby's face frightened everyone very much, and the efforts of the doctors literally breathed life into him. After a while, doctors suspected of epilepsy: sometimes Andrii's emotions were expressed by convulsions and violent muscle tone. Fortunately, the diagnosis was not confirmed.

At the age of 2, Andrii stopped eating on his own, walked only on tiptoe and often stumbled. A small, pretty and calm, undisturbed and unemotional face looked right through. The boy did not notice the dog living in the house and did not react to other children. Only six months later, Andrii was diagnosed with F 84.0 (childhood autism). Since then, there has not been a day without classes with Andriiko, one rehabilitation center was replaced by another. Thanks to tireless work, Andrii began to look into the eyes, utter sounds similar to the word he had just heard, and he began to speak.

Andrii's treatment should be complete and systematic, however, unfortunately, the family's funds are not enough for the boy's long-term rehabilitation.His current age is very favorable for development, and any breaks in classes cause regression.

Andrii's mom, who is raising three children on her own (Andrii has two more sisters), is in despair. She cannot pay for the next correctional course for her little prince on her own and is looking for opportunities for her son. That is why the woman turned to our organization for help.
