Artemii needs treatment. 2

Just imagine, this boy in the photo – Artemii – spent the first 4 months of his life in intensive care... Connected to a dropper while under a ventilator – 4 months long. Artem survived respiratory arrest, he underwent a blood transfusion, took punctures and underwent an operation – a ventriculosubgaleostomy. Doctors all this time fought for the baby's life.

Fortunately, the boy survived, and as soon as his condition was stabilized, he was discharged home. But the joy of the family did not last long: after the first visits to the doctor Artemii was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, double hemiplegia and cognitive impairment. However, it was never possible to give up, it was necessary to treat the son, because he cannot sit, stand, walk and talk.

After the first course of rehabilitation, Artem began to utter new sounds, he finally had a grip in his arms, he is more confident on all fours, he has good support on the arms. The boy focuses his attention better and sleeps better. These are great results! This rehabilitation course gave the parents hope for their son's recovery.

However, this requires continued treatment – It must be systematic and thorough. It is a pity that the family's financial condition does not allow sending Artem to a new stage of treatment. However, together we can help them and send the boy for rehabilitation to a specialized center, right?
