Autism – an obstacle to a happy life

On August 16, 2022, the project "Autism in the way of a happy life" was posted on the website of the MBF "UBB", the purpose of which was to collect funds to pay for a course of treatment for Kashuba Maryan.
Maryan is 10 years old. He was diagnosed with autism at the age of 4. The child was very withdrawn, did not make contact. The boy does not speak, does not take care of himself, constantly wears a diaper. Permanent rehabilitation courses are the only hope for improving Maryan's condition. "Vernygora" LLC was chosen on the recommendation of the boy's doctor.
Fundraising was completed and treatment paid for in January 2022. But Maryan was able to undergo treatment only in March 2022. During treatment, Maryan had sessions with speech therapists, defectologists, psychologists, physiotherapy and massage. During the treatment, the child began to make better contact with strangers, speak sounds more clearly, as well as improved cognitive abilities, and body movements became more confident.
Due to the war in Ukraine, they were able to receive the act of completed works on the completion of rehabilitation only in June, which is why there was a delay in reporting.
