In order to gain weight and grow, he needs a special high-calorie diet, and medicines to help him digest food. But that's not all. Vitalyk's swallowing process is also impaired, and his gastrointestinal motility is impaired. And this complicates everything many times over. 

For the boy to eat normally, he also needs a special soluble thickener for liquids and drinks. This drug alone costs about 3 thousand hryvnias a month. He also needs medicines for cystic fibrosis. And then there's epilepsy medication. And then there is the treatment of periodic exacerbations, inpatient courses of intravenous therapy. And then there is medical equipment and much more. Too many expenses for one family. 

But can life cost too much?
