Charity Star Kurazh 2025: Elina Svitolina Foundation
On June 14–15, KIT hosted the Charity Star Courage event, marking the return of the iconic format we remember for its lively energy, creative chaos, and incredible ability to bring people together for good causes. As usual, 100% of the profits went to charity.
This time, Courage became a place where stars, actors, singers, dancers, TV presenters, athletes, friends, relatives, and even stylists gathered — anyone who wanted to contribute. Participants sold clothes, books, records, art objects, shared advice, read poetry, conducted tarot readings, and even performed symbolic rituals of “forgiveness of sins.”
The stage featured DJ sets and live concerts by Cape Cod and Misha Pravilny. The lecture hall hosted presentations by Fedorov, Zavadyuk, Donskikh, Rogalskaya, and other well-known speakers. All of this was done with one goal in mind: to raise funds to support charitable projects.
Visa was a partner of the event: for every ticket purchased with a Visa card, the company donated an additional 100 UAH to charity.
Thanks to Kurazh and its guests, funds were raised to launch an important initiative — the Svitolina Foundation's “Athlete's Mental Health” program.
The program aims to provide psychological support to young athletes aged 11–16 who are experiencing war and need special attention. Living in constant danger, separation from loved ones, relocation, and stress leave their mark on children who are simultaneously trying to stay in shape and continue their athletic careers.
The program aims to restore inner balance; teach how to overcome fear, stress, and anxiety; strengthen emotional stability; support motivation and healthy self-esteem; maintain mental and physical health; and help children move forward in sports despite the war.
Participants undergo group and individual online sessions with sports psychologists for three months.
The purpose of the fundraiser is to pay for the work of specialists and administer the program.
Young athletes are children who live in the realities of war but continue to dream, train, and set goals. For them, psychological support is not just an important part of their development, but a necessary condition for a safe and healthy athletic career.
Thanks to the charity Kurazh, partners, Visa, and everyone who joined, this program is becoming a reality. This is an example of how creativity, humanity, and sports can bring people together and create a space where children feel support, strength, and self-confidence.
