It hurts to live! It hurts to even walk!

The project was created with the aim of raising funds for the treatment of Anya Puris, who suffers from a rare disease "Neurofibromatosis type 1, on the background of which scoliosis of the 4th degree with the presence of a plexiform tumor was formed." The huge tumor practically destroys the girl's body from the inside. Unfortunately, doctors in Ukraine cannot help Anya. Only supportive therapy that does not stop or cure the disease. In the clinic "Mauo" (USA) it was proposed to conduct an examination and consultations with various specialists of the clinic. So, according to the results of the consultations, we found out that the operation at the Mauo clinic can be performed, but it is very risky and will cost almost half a million dollars. The clinic also offered to wait while they look for other opportunities to help Anya from their colleagues, who, perhaps, under a US charitable program, will be able to operate on Anya for little money. But this operation is not a complete removal of the tumor, but the strengthening of the spine, and it is possible to partially remove or stop the growth of the tumor. At the same time, the US clinic received recommendations to support Ani Puris with physiotherapy and kinesitherapy until the clinic provides some additional information. An MTB-2 simulator was purchased for the amount of unused funds so that the girl could exercise at home. Many thanks from Anya and her mother to everyone who helped to undergo examination and consultations in the United States, and to purchase the trainer that Anya needs so much. The project has been completed, but the girl is still waiting for a decision from the clinic, and maybe over time, the development of medicine will go ahead and a solution to Ani Puris's problem will be found.
