The struggle for the dream of living a full life

On November 26, 2021, the project "Fighting for the dream of living a full life" was posted on the website of the "UBB" Bank of Ukraine - dobro.ua, the purpose of which was to raise funds to pay for the rehabilitation course for Alina Kononenko (diagnosis - autism).
At the time of rehabilitation, Alina was 12 years old, the girl and her loving parents have been fighting the disease since the first year of Alina's life, their goal is to give their daughter the opportunity to live an independent and fulfilling life. Alina has problems with coordination of movements, language, and mental underdevelopment, all these symptoms require constant training and treatment. Unfortunately, over the years, the parents' resources ran out, so they asked our Foundation for help.
Fundraising ended already in early 2022, and Alina managed to complete the course on February 21, 2022, right before the full-scale invasion.
"On this rehabilitation course, Alina pleased the specialists with her desire and willingness to work. The massage course helped the muscles to become more plastic and strengthened them. Thanks to water therapy, physical well-being has improved. Classes with a speech therapist each time develop speech and increase vocabulary. Occupational therapy classes also help to become independent and increase self-confidence. This rehabilitation brought a very good result, thanks to you and the specialists of the center. Due to military actions in the territory of Ukraine, we could not immediately receive the original documents from the supplier, which caused a delay in reporting.
The balance of unused funds in the amount of 50 (fifty) hryvnias 00 kopecks. will be returned to the account of BO IBF "UBB" and please dispose of it in accordance with the Rules, Principles and Procedures of BO IBF "UBB".
