Time is money, money is life

Thanks to everyone who supported Artem! "Time-Money-Life" is the reality in which the ten-year-old Artem Kaish turned out to be. Artem has relapse, secondary myeloid leukemia and he needs bone marrow transplantation from an unrelated donor to live. It all began in April 2016, when Artem was diagnosed with this terrible disease - blood cancer. And the whole life of the family was divided into "before" and "after" at once.

Since then, Artem has already experienced 5 blocks of chemotherapy, radiation therapy and maintenance therapy. The treatment gave positive results, the tests came back to normal, and the parents thought that everything went by and that they managed to defeat the cancer. But in December 2017, the disease returned. When, after so many incredible efforts from the side of doctors, parents and the child itself, it sounds: "Relapse ...", this is the worst thing that parents can hear in this situation.

"Now our only chance is unrelated donor bone marrow transplantation that costs $ 135,000 in a total. We submitted all the documents to the Ministry of Health, but people often wait for this help for many months. And my son, unfortunately, does not have this time. Now with the help of kind people, we have collected $20 000 for seeking a donor for Artem. It remains to get $115 000. I know that this is too much amount. But I ask everyone who can help, please help! There are no small donations; every little bit helps! It's hard for me to write all this, I was not ready for it, but I'm ready to fight for my child! Support my little son; help him in this fight, please!", Artem’s mom, Marina, writes.
