Dasha needs to start treatment

Dasha is 4 years old, such a restless little girl, jumping, dancing, all would be enjoyable for her! She likes drawing, inventing clothes for her dolls... And mom sits down to write a letter. "I am seeking help for the first time. All funds are spent on medicines, and there is not enough money for special food and equipment...". The baby was born with cystic fibrosis, and this serious illness requires complex treatment just to live. We have learned the correct diagnosis recently and this means – at once you need to buy a lot of things that are important for high-quality daily treatment. A lot of time has already been missed, it is simply impossible to postpone further.

Cystic fibrosis is a special condition of the body. A defective gene makes all fluids in the body thicker than usual, and this seemingly little thing, in reality, distorts the work of all internal organs. The worst thing is that in this case the respiratory system is disrupted, the lungs gradually die, and also – problems appear with the digestion of food and the child cannot grow normally. The good news is that this is all adjusted with special supportive care. It is possible to live with cystic fibrosis. But you need to start a complex therapy as soon as possible, so that the body is less affected, in order to gain and maintain a safety margin for future years. We want Dasha to have this future.

A part of the equipment for Dasha has already been bought, in this project, we are collecting money for everything that is missing, including consumables, as well as for the special food supply. Due to the long absence of treatment, Dasha lags behind in physical development and weighs very little, which is dangerous for her condition.
