Let's get rid of the unnecessary stuff. Bedding

The worn-out bedding almost falls apart in your hands – it should have been replaced long ago, but there's no budget for it. The hospital's* funds are currently insufficient even for the most urgent needs – there are too many accumulated expenses, in addition to the essential ongoing ones. So purchasing new bedding is not a financial priority, as it doesn't directly affect the quality of treatment. But practically speaking, it's needed urgently. Not all patients can bring their own bedding from home, especially when they are admitted in emergencies or don't have relatives nearby, which is quite common. Men and women from not only the city but also surrounding villages and other districts are hospitalized here.

The foundation has gradually started replacing the old bedding. We believe that the living conditions of the patients matter. Good, clean bedding in good condition is also about respect for the patient, for their dignity. Nice bedding is also a beacon of good mood, as it's known that a patient's mood affects the success of treatment.

As part of this project, we are raising funds to purchase 2 rolls of fabric – which will yield about 18 sets of bedding.

Our goal is to ensure dignified conditions for patients in Ukrainian hospitals. Help us achieve this faster.
