In June 2025, a new area of assistance was launched as part of the Children's Hope charity program: support for pediatric intensive care units. The St. Nicholas Hospital, part of the Lviv City Territorial Medical Association, is one of Ukraine's leading centers for treating critically ill children from all regions of the country. Every year, the hospital's three intensive care units save the lives of over a thousand young patients. Due to the high workload of these units, each of them needed to be renovated and equipped with the necessary equipment to operate autonomously and provide children with timely, high-quality, and safe medical care. That is why support for this area has become a priority within the Children's Hope program.

On July 31, 2025, the Ukrainian Charity Exchange received a charitable grant from Kyivstar in the amount of UAH 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million hryvnias and 00 kopecks). The funds received were used to purchase medical equipment in accordance with the letter of request from the St. Nicholas Hospital dated July 3, 2025, No. 01.09-07/1618.

As part of the project “Children's Hope: Help for Children's Intensive Care Units 2025,” the following equipment was purchased and transferred to the St. Nicholas Hospital of the Lviv Territorial Medical Association for a total amount of UAH 14,998,264.59:
