In November 2018, Kyivstar, together with the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace, launched the project "Children's Hope" to help children with heart and cancer diseases in Ukrainian hospitals.

In the framework of the project in the direction of Kardiology in October 2019, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Center for Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery will receive assistance.

In the structure of " Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Center of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery" there is a department of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery, Anesthesiology and Intensive Care. The department solves the problem of cardiac surgery not only in Dnipropetrovsk, but also in the adjacent areas and ATO area.

During the year, about 250-300 surgeries are performed, most of which are surgeries. The department provides assistance to patients of all ages, including preterm infants.

The collected funds will be replaced by the purchase of an Eleganza 2 Functional Medical Bed and a pedestal for intensive care, which will allow for a more comfortable stay and better treatment for small patients in the intensive care unit.
