In November 2018, Kyivstar, together with the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace, launched the project "Children's Hope" to help children with heart and cancer diseases in Ukrainian hospitals.

In the framework of the Oncology project in October 2020, the assistance provided by the Municipal Non-Commercial Enterprise "Odessa Regional Children's Clinical Hospital" of the Odessa Regional Council. "


The hospital has a hematology department, where children with malignant neoplasms of various organs and systems are hospitalized. Every year there are up to 80 children diagnosed for the first time. Up to 600 children are treated during the year. The medical institution provides assistance to children from the city of Odessa, Odessa region and surrounding areas.

The funds raised for the department used to purchase CMS5100 Patient Monitors (6 pieces) and Perfusor Compact Plus Syringe Infusion Pump manufactured by BBraun (3 pieces). Patient monitors will allow you to accurately, reliably measure vital signs in sick children, and infusomats will ensure uninterrupted medication. This equipment will allow to treat children with cancer at a better level.
