In January 2026, a project was posted on the platform of the Ukrainian Charity Exchange (dobro.ua) as part of the Children's Hope charity program – Children's Hope: Help for the ZUSDMC. Cardio 5. The aim of the project was to raise funds for the purchase of two LabTech EC-ABP ambulatory blood pressure monitors for the Lviv Regional Council's municipal non-profit enterprise “Clinical Center for Pediatric Medicine” in Lviv.

An agreement 12-2025/1 dated December 10, 2025, was signed between the Ukrainian Charity Exchange Charitable Foundation and the supplier, MEDICAL COMPANY “CARDIO” LLC, for the supply of equipment.

Payment for the equipment was made on January 7, 2026. And on January 8, 2026, two LabTech EC-ABP ambulatory blood pressure monitors were delivered to the hospital.

For children with cardiovascular diseases, a single blood pressure measurement is not enough. Readings can change throughout the day — during activity, sleep, or emotional stress. That is why daily blood pressure monitoring is standard protocol and vitally important: it allows you to see the real picture of a child's heart function over a 24-hour period. Thanks to the new equipment, doctors are able to detect hidden disorders in a timely manner, make an accurate diagnosis, and select the right treatment.
