Illia is a 14-year-old teenager from Mariupil, who most dreams of becoming healthy, like most of his peer friends. The boy is a coveted child, he was born absolutely healthy, but at 6 months he began to have problems with the tummy: constant frustration and underweight, and from 10 months of frequent bronchitis and pneumonia, which were seriously treated. The child was examined for tuberculosis and other lung diseases, but the correct diagnosis was made only in 4 years. It is cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease that affects the pancreas and destroys the lungs.

Unfortunately, such a disease is for life, but it can be controlled by constant treatment. Daily inhalations, the intake of enzymes, antibiotics, hospitalization in the hospital - an integral part of a teenager's life. Because of the severe course of the disease, Ilya at the age of 14 weighs only 28 kg with a height of 150 cm. This is not only small, but also critical: the body does not have spare resources to fight the disease during exacerbations.

In the autumn of 2017, Ilya suffered a week of intensive care, lost 4 kg, which he did not gain until now. In severe periods of exacerbation, the child, according to the mother, becomes a "real estate" - nothing wants to do and badly goes to contact. He does not like the cloudy and damp weather. But when the sun comes out and becomes easier, he is very active, sociable, loves to ride a bicycle and make a metal model of transport from a metal designer. Ilya studies in the 8th grade of the house (for health reasons), is well versed in technology and gadgets. The boy is a real big brother for the youngest Nastya. He will always protect and cheer.

In order to have more sunny days in the life of Illyshi, he had the strength to fight a serious illness and was able to gain weight, he needed a special therapeutic caloric food Nestle Resourse Optimum. The cost of the course is 14 800 UAH. And let the cherished dream of the guy - fully recover - is still unrealizable, but with our help the daily struggle against a serious illness will be much easier.
